Sick-o

Well...what an interesting day it has been.

After two days of watching Hazel's health level decrease, I was patiently waiting until Friday for her to see the doctor.

This afternoon though, my worry meter started cranking up again. She wasn't looking very good and then her skin tone changed for about an hour. That's when I began to worry even more.

So back to the doctor we went. Still...lungs, ears, throat...everything looked and sounded okay. The doctor ordered a chest x-ray just in case something was brewing that he couldn't hear.

And there it was. Something "suspicious." The start of pneumonia.

So, now she is on meds. Hopefully this will take care of it. She has her yearly wellness check for Monday, so there should definitely be an improvement by then.
