Fall is always an interesting time for me. Even though spring is my favorite season, fall is a close second. There are many sights, sounds, and smells in fall that trigger many memories for me. Most of them are good. :)
So, it just makes it all the better that great things occur in September! We have our anniversary (11 years baby!) Shane has his birthday...I think he turns 25 this year. I'll have to let him know. :)
This year has been especially cool this fall, which has been nice. The cooler weather and the smell of fall always makes me feel like baking and cooking warm soups.
It always brings back memories of school (the good memories), color guard, field show competitions, hot chocolate, warm apple cider, bread just out of the oven, leaves changing colors, dances, reading a book while listening to the rain. These things all enter my brain when it feels like fall. :)
