Hazel has done some funny "four-year-old" things lately. A few weeks ago she thought it was hilarious to come in the room hopping and telling us "Look, I have one foot!" It made me think of the goomba on Super Mario 3 when the goomba is in a big boot.
Then, yesterday she decided that she needed to make nachos...by herself. She did all right, and then Shane heard her pushing buttons on the microwave and the microwave turning on. He ran into the kitchen and there was Hazel standing on a chair, and the microwave set to some high number of minutes. Thankfully there was no metal in the microwave! :)
Mmmm extra cheesy...
It has been interesting because Harrison will turn eight in October, and we have started to let him do more things on his own like making ramen noodles, using the microwave, etc... Maybe I just worry unnecessarily, but really, it freaks me out. Then, because Hazel sees Harrison doing these things, she figures that she can do it to!
